My boyrfiend is from Bangalore and he got me into cooking Indian delicacies. He's lazy and doesn't want to be anywhere near the kitchen... But he's really sweet. Anyway, there's one thing I am still so desperate of trying - Gulab Jamun! Any suggestions on how to make 'em?

Making dishes, with at least three color variation, like Gajar ka halwa triggers tempt our tastebuds to eat abruptly a dish. It can be sometimes an illusion though it drives our appetite to do (taste) so.

Great Recipe you got there. We were thinking of something for the holidays and I guess trying this recipe would be a nice idea and preparing it in a dining glass bowl would fit to make it perfect. Thanks!
